Siemens Energy is responsible for the turnkey construction of the Enecogen power project. Siemens is fully responsible for site safety within the policy and conditions of the EPC contract. Safety has the highest priority and gets the highest attention, secured by a tight policy, agreed in all contracts and subcontracts, approved safety plans per contractor, action plans, regular training programs, ownership in the line and supervision. Hereby housekeeping is one of the most important and critical success factors.
Siemens Energy makes sure, that all recent learning’s from previous sites in Europe are being used in order to manage, motivate and control sub-suppliers on site in order to meet the challenging target of nearly zero accidents as being achieved in Sloe centrale before. After construction, Enecogen will be responsible for safety on the plant.
